In September 2025, the Kairos Opportunity Forum brought community leaders, innovators, and advocates together inside the groundbreaking Causeway Center of Feeding Tampa Bay. This wasn’t just a gathering, it was a powerful convergence of purpose, possibility, and partnership.

Guests experienced an immersive tour of FTB’s 215,000 sq ft facility, learning how it delivers over 100 million meals annually while also transforming lives through job training, healthcare access, and dignity-driven services like The Market and The Bistro.

The evening featured moving stories from local families and a keynote by Feeding Tampa Bay’s CEO, Thomas Mantz, who challenged us to rethink hunger as an issue of opportunity. It was a night of connection, collaboration, and renewed commitment to building a more equitable Tampa Bay.
